RETURN & EXCHANGES

 

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving their product(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale and promotional items are not excluded—they remain subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
 

 

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations only before the product has been processed. If your order is cancelled at this stage, you’ll receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned in original selling condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging/boxes.
  • All items from the same order must be returned in one single package.
  • Return/exchange shipments must use the same shipping service as the original delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.).
  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs (including import fees) are the customer’s responsibility—we do not offer free returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Underwear briefs
    • Certain jewellery
    • Makeup and skincare products
    • Swimwear (briefs and swimsuits) — unless the sanitary liner strip is fully intact
     
  • Faulty or defective items may always be returned.
 

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
If we propose to reject your return, you’ll be notified and may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?

 

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@dadajk.xyz to initiate your return. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
  • A photo or video of the item (especially if reporting a fault)
 

Step 2: Place the item(s) and your receipt back into the original packaging.

 

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert the copies into the transparent envelope provided (or attach securely to the outside of the package) without sealing the package yet. These documents are required for customs clearance—please ensure all copies are fully filled out.

 

Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. Once the courier has inspected the contents, you may seal the package securely.

 

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7–14 business days (longer during peak periods) for processing.
  • If your return does not meet our conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
